The Kai Tak Run, organized by Kai Tak Sports Initiative, will take place at Kai Tak Sports Park on March 29, introducing a new 10-kilometer route and retaining the 3-kilometer race featured at last year’s inaugural event.
Both races will start and finish at Kai Tak Youth Sports Ground. The new 10km race will pass through Kai Tak Promenade and Shing Fung Road Park, while the 3km run will go via the main stadium and Kai Tak Sports Avenue.
The event this year will feature multiple categories to accommodate participants of all ages and fitness levels, inviting the public to join in and experience the joy of sports. The categories include Challenge, Fun Run, as well as Corporate and Organization categories.
Both the Challenge and Fun Run events will offer 3km and 10km races. In the 3km Fun Run, teams of 1 to 4 participants are welcome, and adult runners can bring along up to three relatives or friends aged six or above.
