The 35th Education & Careers Expo, organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), will be held from January 22 to 25 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, offering free admission to the public.
The four-day event brings together more than 860 organizations from 23 countries and regions, including government departments, universities and education institutions, providing information on further studies, training and employment opportunities.
This year’s Expo is divided into separate “Education” and “Careers” sections to help visitors better navigate academic and professional pathways.
A key highlight is the upgraded “CV Clinic,” which introduces new services such as one-on-one CV consultations, aptitude testing, trainee and career advice sessions, personal color analysis and a personality assessment tool. The enhanced services aim to help job seekers better understand their strengths and plan their career development.
Four themed days will run across the Expo, focusing on civil service and public sector careers, next-generation technologies, healthcare and wellness, and Greater Bay Area opportunities. More than 100 talks and activities will be held, featuring industry professionals sharing insights into employment trends and career planning.
Over 30 government departments and public bodies will participate in the Careers section, while some employers will conduct on-site interviews at the Recruitment Square.
