Since opening in March 2025, Kai Tak Sports Park has hosted over 40 major events, drawn more than 7 million visitors, and boosted retail growth, with its integrated mall reaching a single-day peak of 120,000 on New Year's Eve.
The precinct marked strong performance in its debut year, spanning 90 event days and driving steady increases in footfall, retail sales, and food and beverage revenue.

The New Year's Eve surge came amid Zhoushen's concert and festive celebrations, filling restaurants before the show and keeping crowds engaged afterward.
Kai Tak Mall now boasts over 90 percent occupancy, with sales continuing to rise through curated tenant mixes blending sportainment, retail, and dining.
New additions this year include the International Fencing Academy, a 10,000-square-foot indoor golf center, and expansions like 24/7 Fitness, building on earlier openings such as the Liverpool FC flagship store and the Hong Kong Billiard Sports Academy.

Nearly 80 restaurants operate in the mall, with 30 extending hours after major events and fresh brands like Park Mountain Easy Going Dining, Yakiniku Yamagyu, Marugame Seimen, and Watami Japanese Dining joining soon.
From January 14 to 17, the mall will host Hong Kong's largest Marathon Village ahead of the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon on January 18, featuring a Marathon Experience Zone and exclusive sports gear discounts.
The sports park continues to establish itself as a key venue for world-class sports, concerts, and community activities, contributing to the city's events economy and attracting repeated visits from locals and tourists alike.
More high-profile programs are planned for the coming year to sustain momentum and growth.
