Travel industry urged to plan trips around the vote

The Travel Industry Council has sent a letter to its member agencies encouraging them to help customers schedule overseas trips around the upcoming Legislative Council election, emphasizing that voting is a key civic duty tied to the well-being of society.

The council highlighted the inseparable link between elections and the lives of citizens from all walks of life, urging everyone to actively fulfill their rights and responsibilities by casting ballots.

It further called on travel firms to rally their own families, friends, and colleagues to join in the democratic process together.
