With 10 tokens, guests can experience the sublime pairing of Highland Park’s 18-, 21-, and 25-year-old single malts with three distinguished caviars.

Chen Chi, founder of Dongqu, a high-end Shaoxing wine brand, will guide guests to discover the rich heritage of this Chinese wine, its storied history, and cherished traditions.

Guests will learn about time-honored production methods, taste five different flavors of Shaoxing wine, and explore complementary food pairings.
