44-year-old man arrested for alleged upskirting at MTR Mong Kok Station

A 44-year-old man was arrested for allegedly taking upskirt photos at MTR Mong Kok Station on Monday afternoon.

Police conducting anti-crime patrols within the station noticed the man suspected of using his mobile phone to photograph a woman's private areas on a staircase near an exit.

Following initial investigation, officers arrested the local man, surnamed Lee, for "unlawful photographing or observation of intimate parts." He remains in custody while the case is handled by Mong Kok District Crime Squad.
