A 49-year-old foreign man was arrested for allegedly assaulting his wife during a Mid-Autumn Festival dispute in To Kwa Wan on Monday.
Police responded to a report from a 43-year-old foreign woman around 4 pm, who stated her husband had physically attacked her during an argument at their residence on 79 Tam Kung Road.
The victim sustained a fractured right upper arm and was transported conscious to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment. Her 49-year-old husband was arrested on suspicion of assault and remains in custody.
