The incident yesterday (Sep 26) triggered a precautionary response from firefighters, who were dispatched to the scene, but no injuries were reported.
The aircraft, an Airbus A330 operating as flight CX331, touched down around 8pm and proceeded to taxi to the gate as normal after the issue was detected.
