Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is marking its 20th anniversary with a vibrant showcase of culinary creativity, boosting guest spending and earning acclaim for its immersive dining experiences that blend Disney storytelling with local flavors.

The resort’s food and beverage offerings have driven a slight increase in per capita spending in fiscal year 2025, reflecting strong guest satisfaction and innovative menus tailored to diverse tastes.
The resort has introduced a range of themed dining experiences that bring beloved Disney stories to life.
During Halloween, a popular dining event featuring characters like Jack and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas returned after selling over 7,000 sets last year, with some dates already fully booked this season.
The Arendelle Royal Breakfast Buffet, launched in 2024, has served over 8,000 sets, with characters like Anna engaging guests directly at their tables.
To celebrate the upcoming Zootopia 2, themed snacks will soon debut, while the 20th anniversary introduced party-style sharing platters, with over 40,000 sets sold in just one month.
The resort’s hotels also align menus with Disney intellectual properties, offering experiences like Marvel-themed Quantum Burgers, which have sold over 3,000 units, and Disney Friends Dim Sum, popular among Japanese guests, with over 17,000 sets sold this fiscal year.
Catering to global travelers, the resort offers diverse options like halal-certified meals at the new Wayfinders’ Table restaurant and Duffy and Friends-inspired treats, including afternoon tea sets that attract fans from Japan and mainland China.
Local flair shines through with innovations like a Hong Kong milk tea-flavored slush, which has sold nearly 30,000 cups since June 2025.
The Olaf soft serve, a fan favorite since the World of Frozen opened, has surpassed 600,000 cups sold. Seasonal menus keep offerings fresh, with Christmas bringing upgraded dishes using premium ingredients at no extra cost, paired with character interactions at hotel buffets.
Beyond dining, Hong Kong Disneyland supports the community through its Disney Meal Box Express program, donating over 480,000 surplus meals to elderly homes, underprivileged families, and children since 2013.
The resort also nurtures young talent, partnering with institutions like the Vocational Training Council and International Culinary Institute, with nearly a third of its leadership-level chefs being VTC graduates.
Recognized with nearly 80 food and beverage awards, the resort continues to collaborate with the Hong Kong Tourism Board for events like the upcoming Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival, reinforcing its role as a key player in regional tourism.
