HSITPL invites interested parties for development of 2 Park land parcels

Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park on Wednesday (Sep 24) invites the market to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for the development of Selected Land Parcels in Batches 2 and 3 of Phase 1 of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park.

HSITPL stated that as Hong Kong Park is set to commence operations by the end of this year, it is accelerating the development of batches 2 and 3 in accordance with the Park’s planning.

The company is now inviting market feedback on the selected land parcels to inform future tender plans, hoping to harness market forces to promote the Park’s development.

The submission deadline will be on November 6 by noon. HSITPL will also host an online briefing session on the EOI invitation on October 9.

The 87-hectare Park located in the northern part of the city serves as the key component of Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Co-operation Zone.
