A gruesome discovery shocked Wan Chai this morning as police uncovered a dismembered, headless body near St. Francis' Canossian College on Kennedy Road. The mutilated remains—with the torso and limbs separated—were found around 7am in a roadside planter, prompting a massive police response amid heavy rain.
Officers cordoned off the area as forensic teams arrived, using umbrellas and green tents to shield the crime scene.
The victim’s legs were discovered beneath a tree outside the school, while the upper body lay under another tree across the road. Part of the planter’s railing appeared bent out of shape.
With the victim’s head still missing, police expanded their search along Kennedy Road, combing through nearby areas including the Monticello residential complex.
