The footage shows the group, some wearing helmets, engaged in a physical fight near the slope of Tak Bo Garden in Kowloon Bay.
The clip reveals chaotic scenes as the men grapple with each other, with one losing his helmet and slippers in the scuffle. Another is seen being knocked to the ground, his belongings scattered across the pavement.
A bystander, also of South Asian descent, attempts to intervene but is ignored as the brawl continues. Onlookers nearby quickly move away to avoid the confrontation.
Police confirmed that the incident occurred at approximately 6pm last Friday (May 9) on Ngau Tau Kok Road.
According to authorities, a 34-year-old South Asian man and two others were riding motorcycles when a dispute erupted over alleged driving attitude issues. A concerned witness, fearing the situation would escalate, alerted the police.
Officers arrived shortly afterward but found the scene calm with no injuries reported.
