A passenger recently shared his taxi experience on the social media platform Threads, titled "Met the youngest female Gen Z taxi driver".
The poster was not only surprised by her age but also impressed by her steady driving skills, especially since she had only received her taxi driver identity plate in April and had been working for just a few days.
During their conversation, the driver revealed that she had been unemployed and decided to pursue opportunities in the taxi industry. This prompted the poster to admire the Gen Z driver, praising her for adapting to a new environment and wishing her success.
The post quickly gained attention, receiving nearly 180,000 views in four days, with supportive comments flooding in expressing respect for the "00s" kid and sending her best wishes.
In response to the outpouring of support, the young driver thanked the support from the poster and the online community and humorously added that a discount would be offered to anyone needing her services in Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai.
