Newborn baby dies in Tsuen Wan apartment

A barely one-month-old newborn baby died at an apartment in Sham Tseng today (February 24). 

A woman alerted the authorities around 4 pm after finding a baby in Lido Garden who was unresponsive and without a pulse.

The baby was declared dead by paramedics at the scene. 

The cause of the death is under investigation.
