Korean Air maintained its position at the top, followed by Qatar Airways and Air New Zealand. Cathay Pacific's achievement places it among the elite in the highly competitive traditional airline sector.

The airline reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing passenger experiences and hinted at exciting upcoming announcements for its customers.
Additionally, Cathay Pacific celebrated the recognition of HK Express, which not only ranked fourth among budget airlines but was also named the world's safest budget airline earlier in January.
