Drunk driver arrested after fainting in vehicle at Tai Lam

A driver was arrested for drunk driving after being found unconscious in his vehicle in Tai Lam early Thursday morning.

At around 4 am today, the police were alerted by a passerby that a man appeared to have fainted in a sedan parked on Tsing Lung Road.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers detected a strong smell of alcohol on the male driver.

Following a preliminary investigation, the 40-year-old driver, surnamed Wong, failed the alcohol breath test and was subsequently arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.

He is currently being held for further investigation.
