HK restaurants sweep top two spots at Asia's 50 Best Restaurants

The 17th Ante Chamber Exchange Session will take place on Wednesday at 9 am, with a focus on tourism and the silver sector.
The session tomorrow (Jan 8) will cover topics including the development of tourist hotspots, promotion of art and creative industries, sports development, and enhancement of the silver industry.
Cheuk Wing-hing, the deputy Chief Secretary for Administration will hold the session, joined by officials such as the Secretary of Commerce and Economic Development Algernon Yau Ying-wah, the Secretary of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Rosanna Law Shuk-pui, among others.
As mentioned in the recent policy address, Cheuk will head the Working Group on Developing Tourist Hotspots to identify and develop tourism attractions in different areas.
Meanwhile, Cheuk also will lead the Working Group on Promoting Silver Economy aimed at boosting the silver economy, which will develop measures covering five areas: promoting silver consumption, developing the silver industry, ensuring quality of silver products, improving silver financial and security arrangements, and unleashing silver productivity.
The Ante Chamber Exchange Session is intended to allow regular face-to-face interactions between government officials and lawmakers to increase mutual understanding every month, however, the most recent meeting was held on July 17 of last year.
