Launched by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), the museum's façade is transformed into a series of festive characters, including the Hungry Pumpkin, Ghostly DJ, Party-loving Bat, etc.
Party lovers can also enjoy the Halloween atmosphere at the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival at Central Harbourfront, which opens next Wednesday (Oct 23) and runs through Sunday (Oct 27).
The first 300 participants in Halloween costumes on Saturday (Oct 26) and Sunday (Oct 27) can sign up for a chance to win two tasting passes.
A flash mob will also appear at the festival after 6 pm to arrange interactive games. Participants can win two tasting passes or gifts when they complete the games.
Meanwhile, ice cream trucks with unique pumpkin decorations will hit the streets in Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, and Mong Kok on October 18, 19, 25 and 26. There will be an ice cream giveaway from 7 pm to 10 pm near Central Pier No.8.
The campaign will also feature a party tram performance on Halloween night (Oct 31) from 6 pm to 10 pm, traveling from Witty Street to Causeway Bay.
Additionally, the HKTB has launched a new dining guide on the Discover Hong Kong website, highlighting late-night food offerings.
This includes a lamb casserole at a special price of HK$9.9 after 8.30 pm on designated days, buy-one-get-one-free deals on burgers or sourdough pizzas, and a 25 percent discount on lunch and dinner buffets at participating hotels which are valid only in October.
