Flat selection started for eResidence Tower 3, selling at 13 pc off market price

Prospective buyers headed to the sales office of the third starter homes tower - eResidence Tower 3 project under the Urban Renewal Authority - as the flat selection began today.

The project on Chun Tin Street in Hung Hom provides 125 one-room, 108 two-room, and 27 three-room units with areas of 303 to 600 square feet and features ancillary facilities, such as 18 resident parking spaces and a clubhouse.

The applications were more than tenfold oversubscribed, and the flats, ranging from HK$4.08 million to HK$9.64 million, were put up for sale at 13 percent off market prices.

The first batch of buyers registered at 9.30 am today. One of them said he has chosen a high-rise 3-bedroom unit. 

The estimated material date for the project is in November 2026.
