The activities include the “Collected Light: From Legacy to Future” exhibition at H Queen’s, which seeks inspiration from the visionary design of The Henderson and practice of Zaha Hadid Architects, showcasing a collective of eight multidisciplinary women light artists from diverse cultures.
Featuring innovative visual art, sculptures, digital installations, and moving image works by these artists, the exhibition unravels the characteristics of Zaha Hadid’s provocative search of art, design and architecture within her works through a dynamic interplay of light, materiality and motion.
At the New Central Harbourfront Site 3 Project, the group has also partnered with two passionate and promising homegrown artists, cityscape painter Elaine Chiu and artist Zoie Lam, who masterfully transformed the project’s 220-meter-long hoarding into a vibrant mural “Realising Central Cityscapes”.
H Queen’s, Hong Kong’s leading art complex under the group, has teamed up with six international art galleries to organize a diverse array of art exhibitions as well.
They include “The Point Is Matter” exhibition by David Zwirner, the “In Silence: An Ode to Nothing Tadaaki Kuwayama & Rakuko Naito” exhibition by Whitestone Gallery, “Jason Martin Solo Exhibition: Eclipse” by Tang Contemporary Art, and “Sujin Lee: I Became You” by Saatchi Yates.
