Woman's body found on pebble beach at Chung Hom Kok, Stanley

A female body was found on a pebble beach at Chung Hom Kok in Stanley on Friday morning.

At 9:06 a.m. today, police received a report that a woman in her 30s was found unresponsive on the pebble beach next to Chung Hom Kok Road in Stanley.

The woman was certified dead at the scene after paramedics arrived. No identification document was found.

The body was transferred to the Aberdeen Marine Police Base, with the cause of the woman’s death to be confirmed by autopsy.

A man believed to be a relative of the deceased later arrived at the Marine Police base to help identify the body.
