Woman sparks outrage after attempting to get hit by truck while lying on road

A video went viral after showing a woman lying on the road at Cheung Sha Wan, expecting to get struck by vehicles.

The 25-second-long video was recorded at 5 pm yesterday (Jul 19). A sedan was driving via Hing Wa Street, approaching Tsung Tsin Christian Academy, when a man was seen standing near the road and taking video with his phone.

Meanwhile, a truck driving in the fast lane on the right, suddenly stopped due to a middle-aged woman lying on the ground and blocking the path.

She then got up and angrily chased something in the distance. 

Netizens were outraged by her actions, stating that drivers would be alarmed by a person lying on the road. Some suggested that she may have been attempting to end her life after a conflict with the man who was recording her.
