He is currently being held at the Cheung Sha Wan Division Police Station for questioning.
It was understood national security police officers arrested Koo at his Cheung Sha Wan home at Winsum Industrial Building at 6am this morning.
The 75-year-old activist was arrested for inciting subversion against state power under the national security law, a charge that carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.
