More than 2.24 million citizens aged 65 and above can take public transportation and visit tourist attractions, including the Ocean Park, Sky 100 Hong Kong Observation Deck, Hong Kong Observation Wheel, and swimming pools and museums of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, for free on Sunday.

Tramways, Star Ferry, New World First Bus and Citybus are offering seniors free rides as long as they present their ID card or Senior Citizen Card.
But for MTR or Kowloon Motor Bus, elderly citizens need to use the JoyYou Card, a personalized Octopus designed for residents aged 60 or above, to enjoy free travel.
Seniors can bring one guest with them to all public swimming pools and museums.
They can also show their Hong Kong ID card or any identity documents at the ticketing office of Ocean Park for free entry on Sunday, while one guest can buy a ticket at a discounted price.
Over 1,400 eateries and retail stores include Cafe de Coral, Super Super Congee & Noodle, Kee Wah Bakery, HKTVMALL and a wide range of pharmacies are also offering special discounts and concessions to seniors on Sunday.
Since 1993, the government has designated the third Sunday of November as Senior Citizens Day to celebrate the elderly.
The program, a joint collaboration between the Social Welfare Department and the catering and retail sectors, aims to show care and respect for the elderly.
