Hong Kong’s health chief announced today that the city’s Covid rules will be extended for another two weeks, with unvaccinated restaurant staff working at type B establishments required to get tested more regularly.
Secretary for Food and Health Sophia Chan Siu-chee said today that the government, within this month, will require unvaccinated restaurant workers working at type B establishments to get tested for the coronavirus more regularly.
“Relevant workers will have to get tested every seven days instead of 14 days, while those already vaccinated will be exempted from the requirement,” said Chan.
