A 40-year-old unemployed man and a 45-year-old man, who works in an insurance company, were arrested for publishing obscene articles, unauthorized use of police uniform, possessing false instruments and offensive weapons, and handling stolen goods.
It was understood that the two are a couple and they live together.
A video, showing three men in police’s uniforms having sexual intercourse, was uploaded to the internet near the end of April. It drew attention from the public as well as the police.
The case was handled by the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau. After investigation, officers raided a flat in Yuen Long yesterday and arrested the two.
They also found in the flat suspected police uniforms and a fake warrant card, as well as fake equipment, including a walkie talkie, a pair of handcuffs, a baton and a fake gun. Senior Inspector Lau Altamiranda Daniel Chun-yu added that those items were purchased online, while some were lost items.
Officers also confiscated five smartphones, a computer and a harddrive, which contain over 4,000 pornography videos, as well as the one starring the two arrested.
That fake police porn video was produced in 2012, according to Lau, and the three men seen within are not police officers. He didn’t rule out further arrest and stressed that publishing obscene articles is a serious offence.
Lau said the suspects had sexual intercourse in police’s uniform to satisfy their special sexual needs. Now that two have been arrested, the police are still looking for two other men involved in the video.
