Two young women have been arrested over a bully video that went viral online, where a girl was seen slapped and kicked several times in the video.

According to the police spokesman, a 14-year-old secondary three student gave herself up at the Yuen Long police station after her family members saw the video online recognizing the girl is one of theirs. While another girl, a 13-year-old secondary two student was arrested in Yuen Long this afternoon.
The force said the two admitted they were the assailant of the incident, adding that there was no evidence pointing the incident as traid-related.
The video of the suspected fighting scenes among the three girls has gone viral across social media groups.
They show a young woman being violently bullied by two other girls.
In one six-minute video that circulated on Facebook, two girls take turns to brutally attack the woman, who is slapped in the face and the head at least 30 times and is kicked in the back and stomach over 10 times.
Despite being beaten up, the woman did not resist the assault.
From the dialogue in the video, it shows that the three know each other, with the girl being attacked referred by the other two as “Sister Tofu.”
The girl being attacked was accused by the other two of not having their back when things happened, not being a faithful friend of theirs.
The girl was also ordered to kneel down and apologize for an unknown mistake.
When the girl tried to explain, she was again beaten up and kicked.
The exact time when the incident happened has not been revealed, but netizens suggested the video was taken in Tin Shui Wai.
