Jonathan Chang named senior counsel

Jonathan Chang Tien-yin has been appointed a senior counsel and his appointment will take effect from May 15, the Judicial said today

The 42-year-old, who practices civil law, obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Laws degree at King's College London. He was admitted to the Hong Kong Bar in 2001.

The appointment is made by Chief Justice of the Court of Final Appeal, Geoffrey Ma Tao-li.
