Entry restrictions for Happy Valley races

The Hong Kong Jockey Club said today the race meeting at the Happy Valley Racecourse tonight will go ahead, but only those with a reservation at the racecourse restaurants will be admitted. Racegoers are advised to wear masks and will be screened. All off-course betting branches will be closed.
