Guests were treated to immersive excursions, such as sailing to Lamma Island aboard a traditional Chinese junk and savoring a Cantonese culinary tour that featured a wet market visit and a hands-on dim sum cooking class at a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Despite its 40,700 gross tons and capacity for 596 passengers, Silver Moon preserves an atmosphere of intimacy. Most suites offer private verandas and floor-to-ceiling glass doors, granting guests unobstructed views of the open sea.
On board, the Silversea hallmarks are taken to the next level with butler service for every suite and an almost one-to-one crew-to-guest ratio.
Culinary offerings abound across eight distinctive restaurants, ranging from Italian classics at La Terrazza to international dishes accompanied by live jazz at Silver Note, wood-fired pizzas at Spaccanapoli, and exquisite Japanese fare at Kaiseki.
A highlight of the voyage is the S.A.L.T. (Sea and Land Taste) program, a collection of destination-inspired culinary experiences designed to immerse guests in the food culture.
Menus at the S.A.L.T. Kitchen and S.A.L.T. Bar change daily, drawing on the expertise of local experts to reflect the flavors and traditions of the destinations visited.
Guests can dive deep into the local culture and taste dishes made from an array of seasonal and locally sourced produce in an intimate setting of only up to 18 diners.

They can also get hands-on experience with local recipes in small-group cooking sessions at the S.A.L.T. Lab. During the voyage to Hong Kong, guests enjoyed a session cooking Hong Kong classics like Beef Rice Noodles, Pineapple Bun with Butter, and Hong Kong Milk Tea.
Beyond the dining experience, the ship also offers amenities such as a beauty spa, fitness center, shopping boutiques, a card room, a library, pools, and more.
From Hong Kong, Silver Moon will undertake several voyages, including routes from Hong Kong to Tokyo, Tokyo to Busan, and a round-trip to Tokyo. It will then cross over to North America, with itineraries covering Vancouver and Seward until September 2026.
The ship will return to Asia in October this year, travelling from Tokyo to arrive in Hong Kong on November 9.
