HK Comic Con confirms lineup featuring Mads Mikkelsen, Giancarlo Esposito, and Christopher Lloyd

International film and television stars Mads Mikkelsen, Giancarlo Esposito, and Christopher Lloyd have been confirmed as guests at Hong Kong Comic Con 2026, where fans will have opportunities to take photos and obtain autographs.

Mikkelsen is known for portraying a wide range of iconic characters, including the cultured and chilling Dr. Hannibal Lecter in Hannibal, the dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald in the Fantastic Beasts series, and the conflicted scientist Galen Erso in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

Esposito, meanwhile, has built a reputation for playing complex antagonists on screen. His notable roles include drug lord Gus Fring in Breaking Bad, corporate executive Stan Edgar in The Boys, and Imperial officer Moff Gideon in The Mandalorian.

The guest lineup also includes Lloyd, best known for his role as the eccentric inventor Emmett “Doc” Brown in the Back to the Future film trilogy.

Event organizers said in a social media post that more celebrity announcements will be made in the coming weeks.

Hong Kong Comic Con will take place from May 29 to 31 at Hall 3 of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
