The Big Bounce, featuring the Guinness-recognized world’s largest inflatable castle, opened on Friday at the West Kowloon Cultural District’s Art Park, running through Chinese New Year with family-friendly bouncing and activities.
Sun Life Hong Kong is the title sponsor of “Sun Life The Big Bounce World Tour—Hong Kong.” The 17-day event, from today until 22 February, occupies a 100,000-square-foot site and includes four themed zones.
Highlights are the 16,000-square-foot inflatable castle, the largest in the world, and a 150-meter-long inflatable obstacle course, claimed as Hong Kong’s longest.
The program splits into daytime parent-child sessions and evening CantoPop-themed party sessions to suit different audiences.
Over 200 kindergarten and nursery children from Yan Chai Hospital, together with their parents, were specially invited for the opening day trial play. Children eagerly explored the giant structures amid laughter and a lively atmosphere.
Yan Chai Hospital Chief Executive Jason Leung Wai-kwong said the event helps families share quality time and brings positive energy to the community.
Sun Life Hong Kong’s Chief Client and Marketing Officer Adley Low attended the launch and said the event provides a joyful Chinese New Year gathering spot while encouraging active, healthy lifestyles and demonstrating the company’s long-term commitment to community well-being.
