The Transport Department announced that due to adverse weather and flooding, a number of road sections are closed to all traffic, including all lanes of Lung Cheung Road (Kwun Tong bound) near Ngau Chi Wan Village.

Due to flooding, the following road sections are closed to all traffic:
part of the lanes of Castle Peak Road - Kwai Chung (Kowloon bound) near Lei Muk Road
part of the lanes of Castle Peak Road - Ting Kau (both bounds) near Golden Villa
part of the lanes of Garden Road flyover (Wan Chai bound) near Bank of China Tower
all lanes of Lung Cheung Road (Kwun Tong bound) near Ngau Chi Wan Village
all lanes of the slip road leading from Long Tin Road (Tin Shui Wai bound) to Castle Peak Road - Ping Shan
all lanes of Lei Yue Mun Road (Lei Yue Mun Estate bound) between Yau Tong Road and Saint Antonius Girls' College
part of the lanes of the junction of To Kwa Wan Road and Mok Cheong Street (both bounds)
part of the lanes of the junction of To Kwa Wan Road near Shing Kai Road (both bounds)
all lanes of the slip road leading from Chai Wan Road (North Point bound) to Island Eastern Corridor near Salesian English School
Due to landslide, the following road section is closed to all traffic:
all lanes of Bride's Pool Road (both bounds) near Chung Pui
all lanes of Tai Tam Road (both bounds) near Tai Tam Reservoirs
According to MTR Corporation, the B3 exit at Wong Tai Sin station, the A2 exit at Sham Shui Po station, the A1 exit at Choi Hung station and the A3 exit at Wan Chai station are temporarily closed as preventative flooding measures are in place. The A exit at Quarry Bay station, H exit at Kowloon Tong station and A exit at Wong Tai Sin station are closed due to flooding near stations.
Due to flooding or landslides, KMB Route 91, 91M, 92, 94 and KMB Tour HK HK1 are temporarily suspended. As for the CityBus, routes 15C, H1, H1S, H2, H3, H4 are suspended until further notice.
The tram service between Causeway Bay Terminus and Shau Kei Wan Terminus, which was suspended due to a power supply issue, has resumed normal.
