Flooding in Wong Tai Sin
Footage circulating online shows severe flooding in urban areas, with muddy water inundating the streets.

Vehicles were captured struggling to navigate through flooded roads, particularly the lanes of Lung Cheung Road near Wong Tai Sin Station and Choi Hung Station, where some lanes have been temporarily closed.
Additionally, a taxi was spotted being trapped in floodwaters near Choi Wan Saint Joseph's Primary School on Clear Water Bay Road, forcing the driver to exit the vehicle and await rescue.
Fortunately, the flooding situation on Lung Cheung Road has improved by around 4.30 pm, with traffic congestion gradually easing.

Meanwhile, police received reports of flooding near Lam Kam Road by Ng Tung Chai around 3 pm, where water levels are reportedly knee-high.
The lanes of Lam Kam Road (both bounds) were temporarily closed due to flooding around 4 pm, prompting the Transport Department to advise drivers to seek alternative routes.
The Observatory issued a special announcement on flooding in the northern New Territories at 3.50 pm, especially in Pat Heung and Kam Tin, where over 110 millimetres of rain have been recorded in the past three hours.
The Observatory has urged residents to take precautions to prevent potential flood damage, advising them to stay away from watercourses and remain alert to flood sirens in the area.
Meanwhile, the Drainage Services Department has confirmed four flooding reports located at Lam Kam Road in Tai Po, Lung Cheung Road in Wong Tai Sin (near Temple Mall North), Clear Water Bay Road in Sai Kung, and Tai Hom Road, as of 5 pm.
Currently, 90 emergency response teams are deployed to inspect and manage flooding cases.
