The Hong Kong International Medical and Healthcare Fair 2025 will kick off next Monday for a three-day run at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) in Wan Chai, featuring around 300 exhibitors from 13 countries and regions showcasing the latest medical devices, health products, and innovative solutions.
Among the highlights is an artificial intelligence-powered traditional Chinese medicine platform that can remotely assess patients' health conditions by analyzing images of their tongues. The system also offers a chatbot feature that provides personalized weekly meal plans based on users' health profiles.
Another breakthrough on display includes a novel drug-testing technology that uses a specialized swab to collect samples from patients' nasal or oral cavities, offering a less invasive alternative for medication monitoring.
