The projects that New World Development (0017) is jointly developing and responsible for sales have sold over 2,200 flats year-to-date for more than HK$33 billion, marking a five-year high, said Cannas Ho Ka-yan, director of sales and marketing for special projects at NWD.
Among them, The Pavilia Forest in Kai Tak has sold 141 units after starting to sell the completed flats, cashing in over HK$1.08 billion.
Co-developed by NWD and Far East Consortium International (0035), it's expected to put more units on the market with price hikes in the near term.
Ho said that the whole development has recorded 798 transactions since the sales commenced, generating HK$5.6 billion.
It also opened two show flats featuring two-bedroom layouts to the public on Monday.
In the first quarter next year, NWD is expected to launch three new projects, offering about 660 flats, including 60 units of its Kwun Chung Street project in Jordan, 100 units of the Rose Street project in Kowloon, and 500 units at The Pavilia Farm III in Tai Wai.
FEC would unveil the Kwai Heung Street project in Sai Ying Pun, which is co-developed with Urban Renewal Authority, featuring around 200 units, as well as 26 houses of Ho Chung development in Sai Kung, said King Chan Fu-keung, general Manager of sales and marketing at FEC.
The two projects are estimated to put on sales between the third and fourth quarter in 2026, he added.
