Four show flats for the first phase - ranging from one to three bedrooms with areas of 301 to 713 square feet - are open for viewing by Vanke Hong Kong, the project's developer.
One of the flats, modeled after unit B1 on the sixth floor of Tower 2, spans 713 sq ft and features a three-bedroom en-suite layout.
