Bilibili launches US$300m share repurchase program

Bilibili (9626) has authorized a new share repurchase program to buy back up to US$300 million (HK$2.34 billion) of its shares covering its Class Z ordinary shares and American depositary shares over the next 24 months.

The company plans to fund the repurchases from its existing cash balance.

The proposed repurchases may be made from time to time in the open market at prevailing market prices, in privately negotiated transactions, or in block trades depending on market conditions.

The board of directors will review the share repurchase program periodically and may authorize adjustment of its terms and size.
