Hong Kong shares open higher

Hong Kong stocks opened higher on Wednesday despite the uncertain Iran war.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index rose 162 points, or 0.63 percent, to 25,842.

The tech gauge climbed 1.07 percent to 4,878.
