Hong Kong saw five new listings on Tuesday, led by Delton Technology, a Chinese manufacturer of high-end printed circuit boards, which saw its retail tranche for its Hong Kong initial public offering oversubscribed 1,072 times, according to brokerage data.
The company has drawn HK$358.1 billion in margin loans, with plans to offer 46 million H shares, raising at most HK$3.31 billion. The offer price is HK$71.88, with each lot of 100 shares. The entry fee is HK$7,260.5.
FS.COM, a globally leading provider of enterprise-grade networking solutions, had its retail tranche for its Hong Kong IPO oversubscribed 513 times, drawing HK$8.74 billion from margin loans.
It plans to offer 40 million H shares, raising at most HK$1.66 billion. The offer price ranges from HK$35.2 to HK$41.6, with each lot of 100 shares. The entry fee is HK$4,201.96.
Platform-based integrated circuit design company Nsing Technologies' retail tranche for its HK IPO oversubscribed 24.2 times.
The company has drawn HK$2.6 billion margin loans, and plans to offer 95 million H shares, raising at most HK$1.03 billion. The offer price is at HK$10.8, with each lot of 200 shares and the entry fee is HK$2,181.78.
Zhejiang Galaxis Technology, an intelligent intralogistics robotics provider, saw its retail tranche for its Hong Kong IPO oversubscribed 10.02 times, drawing HK$750 million from margin loans.
It plans to offer 36.8 million H shares and raise at most HK$750 million. The offer price is between HK$16.4 and HK$20.4, with each lot of 200 shares and HK$4,121.14 entry fee.
Chinese automotive technology company Jiangsu New Vision Automotive Electronics' retail tranche for its Hong Kong IPO was oversubscribed 1.6 times.
The company has drawn HK$200 million from margin loans. It plans to offer 16.23 H shares, raising at most HK$780 million. The offer price ranges from HK$42 to HK$48, with each lot containing 50 shares and an entry fee of HK$2,424.2.
Delton Technology is scheduled to debut on March 20, FS.COM and Nsing Technologies will debut on March 23, whereas Galaxis Technology and New Vision will debut on March 24.
