JD.com sees 52.54pc net profit drop to 19.63b yuan

Chinese e-commerce giant JD.com's (9618) 2025 full-year net profit dropped 52.54 percent year on year to 19.63 billion yuan (HK$22.26 billion).

Its adjusted net profit slid 43.48 percent year on year to 27 billion yuan.

The company declared a US$0.5 (HK$3.9) per share dividend.

Its revenue grew 13 percent to 1.31 trillion yuan, including a 10.3 percent rise in product revenue and a 23.6 percent increase in service revenue.

JD Retail revenue also grew by 10.87 percent to 1.13 million yuan.

For the fourth quarter alone, JD.com swung to a net loss of 2.7 billion yuan, as it invested more in new businesses including food delivery.

Its US-listed shares fell nearly 1 percent in the pre-market trading on Thursday.

Meanwhile, JD Logistics' (2618) net profit decreased by 2.8 percent to 6.89 trillion yuan, JD Health International's (6618) net profit rose 29.1 percent to 5.37 billion yuan, and JD Industrials' (7618) net profit surged 203.8 percent to 2.31 billion yuan.
