Hang Seng Index rises in early trading on Friday

The Hang Seng Index rose in the early morning trading session on Friday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index grew 153 points, or 0.6 percent to 26,783 points. 

The Hang Seng Tech Index climbed by 0.37 percent to around 5,783 points.
