Hong Kong stocks slid for a second straight session on Tuesday, hitting three-month lows as cautious investor sentiment weighed on the market.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index fell 1.5 percent to 25,235 at the close, while turnover slipped 1.4 percent from the previous session to HK$201.5 billion. The China Enterprises Index dropped 1.8 percent, and the Hang Seng Tech Index lost 1.7 percent.
Only two Hang Seng Tech Index constituents rose, while 28 declined, led by SenseTime (0020), which fell 6.1 percent.
Guoxia Technology (2655) jumped 118 percent above its offer price in its Hong Kong trading debut, closing at HK$43.80.
Chinese mainland equities also weakened. The Shanghai Composite Index fell 1.1 percent to 3,824, its lowest close in nearly three months, while the Shenzhen Component Index dropped 1.5 percent to 12,914, posting its weakest close in more than two weeks.
