Cathay Pacific to pay one-month bonus to eligible Hong Kong staff

Cathay Pacific Airways will distribute a one-month bonus to all eligible employees in Hong Kong, the airline announced on Wednesday.

In an internal staff communication, Chief Executive Officer Ronald Lam said the carrier is "on the right track" to achieve strong annual results for the third consecutive year.

The bonus reflects the company's commitment to sharing success with employees and maintaining competitive compensation packages.

Eligible staff in mainland China and other regions will have their 2025 bonus arrangements determined by local management teams.
