Mont Verra in Kowloon Tong sells the last penthouse for $580m

Kerry Properties (0683) has sold the last full-floor penthouse at its ultra-luxury Mont Verra development in Kowloon Tong through a tender, fetching HK$580 million.

The 8,444-square-foot penthouse links to a 5,550-sq-ft rooftop and a 1,265-sq-ft terrace, featuring five en-suite layouts and four maids' rooms.

The transaction price was HK$68,688 per sq ft. Two parking spaces were included in the deal.

The project has sold 40 flats to date, cashing in over HK$12.8 billion, with an average transaction price at HK$60,000 per sq ft.
