Pinduoduo, SF Express end partnership, shoppers advised to use other couriers

Pinduoduo and SF Express (6936) recently announced that their partnership had come to an end last month.

Customers will need to select alternative logistics providers, and those who have already made orders will have to wait for further updates from the company regarding their shipments.

PDD operates on a low-cost online shopping model, offering various everyday goods and attracting customers with promotions like "no minimum order for free shipping to Hong Kong."

Hong Kong users can order through the PDD app and select from designated couriers to enjoy free shipping from mainland China.

PDD's customer service confirmed the end of cooperation with SF Express in Hong Kong and advised customers to select other logistics companies for pickups.

Additionally, a compensation voucher of HK$3 will be issued for each incomplete order with SF Express.

If customers purchased items on Pinduoduo on or before June 30, and the warehouse has already shipped the items with an "SF" tracking number, SF Express will continue to handle these shipments until all tracking numbers are processed.

SF Express has now ceased to provide local logistics services for PDD.
