Victoria Skye, a residential property in the Kai Tak development area by K&K Property Holdings, has launched two completed special units in the project's low-rise area Star Waves, including a modified duplex apartment with a garden and private swimming pool, and a penthouse with a Jacuzzi and a private rooftop.
The "Garden Pool Villa A" is a 1,415-square-foot duplex unit.
Its design has taken inspiration from a seaside cottage. Ocean waves are incorporated as design elements.
The living and dining room is on the ground floor, which is 13 feet 9 inches long and 19 feet 10 inches wide. The saleable area is 269 square feet. The villa also has a 577-square-foot private garden and swimming pool.
There is a glass curtain wall between the indoor area and the garden pool.
This allows daylight in, while offering views of the garden and pool from within the house.
The living room mainly uses blue as the main color tone, with lines and shapes of water as elements combined with marble walls.
Chandeliers are a highlight in the dining room.
There is also a guest room on the ground floor and a small cloakroom.
The first floor can be reached via a built-in staircase while there are three suites on the floor.
Walls of the master suite feature graphics with wavy patterns. The designer has also used a semi-permeable glass to separate the cloakroom and the bedroom.
A large wardrobe with a glass door and a dressing table has been built in the cloakroom.
It also contains a large full-height glass panel connected with the working platform to bring the outdoors inside.
As for the children's suite, pink is the main color. The wall lamps are balloon-shaped.
Another suite is designed as a private studio and it incorporates a music theme, using wood finishes with lighting effects to create a private and exclusive world.
Victoria Skye provides a total of 822 units. Of these, 747 units are in the high-rise residential area Ocean Waves and 75 units are in the low-rise area, Star Waves.
Tony Cheng, investment manager at K&K Property, says the project has been well-received.
There are only 10 units left for tenders.
"The special units are rare in Kai Tak District,'' he says. "The group believes that the special units will be launched in the form of completed units in the short term, and will continue to attract public attention.''
