10-year Treasury yield climbs to 0.65pc

The yield on the 10-year Treasury climbed to 0.65 percent from 0.64 percent late Friday.

In European stock markets, the German DAX returned 2.4 percent. France’s CAC 40 won 2.3 percent, and the FTSE 100 in London added 1.7 percent.
