A 74-year-old taxi driver and a 32-year-old passenger were injured on Monday after the cab collided with a truck in Tsim Sha Tsui.

The incident occurred at 11 am when the truck, turning right from Peking Road into Ashley Road, rammed into the taxi. The taxi then continued forward, hitting roadside railings before stopping.
The taxi’s front hood was severely damaged, with debris scattered across the ground.
The taxi driver as well as the female passenger, both surnamed Yip, were sent to Kwong Wah Hospital for treatment. The 37-year-old truck driver, surnamed Lee, was unharmed.
