ESF schools to continue online during No 8 typhoon warning

A typhoon 8 signal used to mean an extra few hours in bed for students, and a day off school. Not anymore. 

In response to reports of a possible typhoon signal No. 8 being raised tomorrow, ESF schools have stated that classes will continue online. 

While classes have not yet begun for most students, ESF schools have already started classes via online learning. 

This may set a precedent for future classes to be held online when weather conditions cancel in-person classes.
